This year, the 4th, 5th and 6th graders have worked on writing letters to our sister school, Notre Dame Secondary School in Bandipur, Nepal.

Sister Evangela came to give us a talk about the school three times in May and October.

She was the one of the founders of the school and had been a principal for more than 20 years.

She explained the basic information about Nepal and Bandipur and the students’ school life over there.  She also talked about how they started the school 40 years ago.

The 4th graders wrote about their favorite day of the week and what they do.  The 6th graders enclosed  My Town Introduction Cards in which they introduce their hometown with several pictures for their friends in Nepal.

Thank you very much for such a valuable talk, Sr. Evangela.

And good job, the 4th and 6th graders!

Now the 5th graders are ready to write the letters!
