We had our final cooking time with the English club last week. This time we decided to make English scones with jam and cream. We started out by researching recipies that we could make within our club time and decided on a simple but traditional scone recipe. We mixed the ingredient and set them in the oven to bake while we made tea and prepared the cream. It took a long time to whip the cream so we all got to take turns too.

Our scones came out of the oven very soft and smelling wonderfully. They were delicious. We recommend you to try to make them at home.
