The 3rd graders’ English play performance “Momotaro”

    The 3rd graders have been working on the storytelling unit from September to October. They are reading the Japanese folktale “Momotaro” in English, and it’s based on Learning by Storytelling method.

   First, they challenged the activity to line up the picture cards in order and recite the dialogue in English. After that, by reading the story over and over again in the module time, they became able to read confidently using gestures. Great practice!

   At the end of this unit, they are going to perform the English play of “Momotaro”. We are excited to see their final show time!
